All services will be provided as per the agreed project scope, specifications, and timelines.
Any modifications to the project scope must be documented and may affect pricing or delivery dates.
3. Quotations & Payments
All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
A deposit may be required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon completion or according to agreed milestones.
Delayed payments may result in additional charges or project suspension.
4. Project Timelines
While we aim to complete all projects within the estimated timeline, unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or third-party delays may affect the schedule.
Clients will be notified promptly of any significant delays or changes.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide access to the site, necessary permissions, and accurate information required for the execution of services.
Any delays or issues caused by the client may result in revised deadlines or additional costs.
6. Health & Safety
We strictly adhere to industry safety standards to ensure the protection of our workers, clients, and the public.
Clients and site visitors are expected to comply with our safety regulations while on-site.
7. Warranty & Liability
Workmanship and materials are covered by a limited warranty (as specified in individual contracts).
SMOOTH RIDE CONSTRUCTION LTD is not liable for damages or issues arising from misuse, third-party alterations, or natural disasters.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under mutually agreed terms.
In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, or materials provided by us remain the intellectual property of SMOOTH RIDE CONSTRUCTION LTD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UK.
